METHOD FOR PREVENTING GREATER TROCHANTERIAN FRACTURE AT ENDOPROSTHETICS OF HIP JOINT

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: before dissecting both caput and collum femoris it is necessary to introduce intersectionally two needles from the top of greater trochanter through external surface of proximal femoral department up to metadiaphyseal femoral area, the ends of needles should be withdrawn beyond the limits of cortical plate, along external surface of greater trochanter one should apply a 8-shaped loop out of certain wire so, that in the upper and lower part the loop should be between the ends of needles and a bone, on finishing the procedure on endoprosthesis' application and caput's resetting into cotyloid cavity one should remove needles and wire that prevents post-surgical complications. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex
