Into proximal and distal osseous fragments one should introduce per 3 rods being perpendicular to the axis of fragments. The middle rod should be applied at one fourth distance against the rod which is the nearest to the site of rod's fracture between marginal rods to apply it at the angle of 60-90° against the plane of marginal rods.
