Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: rolled stock production, namely apparatuses for forming rod turns to coil. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes hollow cylindrical housing. mandrel arranged in housing along its axis, mechanism for collecting and discharging coil provided with drive unit for opening it arranged in lower part of housing; at least two reception tables mounted under housing and driven in vertical direction. Said tables are arranged on drive platform and they are provided with device for controlling vertical motion of table and horizontal motion of platform. Drive unit for collecting and discharging coils is provided with device for monitoring position of reception tables. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of coils due to regular arrangement of rod turns at discharging coil. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
