The evacuation is carried out by generating pulse residual pressure. At the initial step, the pressure 0.27-6.6 kPa affects for 0.5-3.0 min, and at the second step, the pressure 40-101 kPa affects for 0.1-1 min. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of explosive article. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl
