Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cock has body, spring-loaded drain branch pipe with rod provided with calibrated metering and drain holes and control handle connected with rod. Cock is furnished with cooling member arranged inside drain branch pipe, flexible pipeline to deliver coolant to cooling member, and adapter union. Cooling member is made in form of hollow slotted tube arranged along axis of symmetry of drain branch pipe. Mounting seat for union with through hole is made on side surface of drain branch pipe by means of which inner spaces of coolant delivery pipeline and those of cooling member are connected. Rubber pneumatic chamber mounted on movable drain branch pipe communicates through hole in movable drain branch pipe with space of cooling member, and through safety valve, with inner space of fuel tank. Channel made inside pneumatic chamber connects inner space of fuel tank with atmosphere through pressure relief valve. Introduced additionally into design of cock is electric circuit to control end of delivery of fuel and coolant. Said circuit contains dc source, fuel delivery and coolant delivery electric switches, fuel delivery and coolant delivery electromagnetic valves electric circuits connecting solenoids of electromagnetic valves with sensor to control end of delivery of fuel and coolant consisting sealed contact reed relay stationary secured on front end of movable drain branch pipe and float with permanent magnet moving along guide secured on movable drain branch pipe. Fuel delivery and coolant delivery electric switches arranged in cock body are operated by control handle. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation, reduced fuel losses, improved fire safety, reduced contamination of ambient medium. ^ 3 dwg |
