Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: refrigeration or cooling. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises vertical heat-insulated tank that is provided with bottom, detachable lid, and system for charging and discharging water and receives the bent tubular evaporator of the cooling device made of horizontal rows of spiral pipes arranged throughout the space of the tank. The device is additionally provided with means for cooling water by external cold air around the tank. The device is made of vertical pipes mounted inside the tank. The open ends of the pipes are in communication with the ambient air. The bottom ends of the pipes are closed by the gate that can rotate in the horizontal plane and is provided with a handle drive. Each pipe receives the autonomous exhaust fan actuated by wind or electric power . ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg
