MOBILE PULP-PUMP SET

FIELD: materials handling equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile pulp-pump sets operating together with bucket excavator and it can be used at mining of nickel ore deposits containing rock wastes. Proposed mobile pulp-pump set consists of frame mounted on chassis carrying hopper for receiving rock from excavator, sump, conical cylinder revolving screen installed with tilting over sump, hydraulic monitor for delivering water into screen cylinder through smaller diameter end face towards flow of rock mass discharged by gravity from hopper installed at tilting over conical screen of conveyor for brining out overscreen product, dredge pump with suction branch pipe and gates. Two chain endless scraper circuit is installed in sump being closed in vertical plane and arranged on two sprockets installed over upper cut of sump. One of sprockets is mechanically coupled with drive for moving lower freely hanging run of two-chain scraper circuit to side of suction branch pipe of dredge pump. Side of sump pointed to suction branch pipe is made with tilting towards dredge pump. ^ EFFECT: provision of reliable suction of highly concentrated hydraulic mixture from sump by dredge pump. ^ 3 dwg
