Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metal working, material cutting processes and tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutter includes holder with through opening and cutting tip mounted in seat of holder. In order to enhance wear resistance of cutter due to low temperature cooling, in through opening of holder there is diaphragm with central hole that is placed normally relative to axis of holder. Cutting tip is placed at one side of diaphragm; at other side of diaphragm along line tangent to circle of through opening in holder there is nozzle into which union is mounted. As diameter of through opening decreases nozzle is arranged nearer to diaphragm. Under cutting tip there are openings with recesses; sum of diameters of said openings is selected no less than diameter value of through opening of holder. At one side under cutting tip through opening of holder is closed with plug and at other side it is closed with throttling valve. ^ EFFECT: improved wear resistance of cutter. ^ 1 dwg
