Zusammenfassung:FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; making high-strength heat-hardened reinforcing-bar steel with use of rolling heat; manufacture of high-strength die-rolled reinforcing bars of average diameters. ^ SUBSTANCE: for obtaining high plastic characteristics, blank is subjected to heating and to hot deformation at single cogging in last pass of 22.5-23.5% for obtaining die-rolled reinforcing bars of average diameters and making use of rolling heat blank is subjected to cyclic cooling including three cycles during (0.030-0.055)D s in each cooling cycle at intermediate warming of surface after first cooling cycle during 0.38-0.43 s, after second cooling cycle during 0.48-0.54 s, final warming during 4.5-5.5 s and final cooling in air.
