Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for production of the ester monomers and the polyesters. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the methods and devices of production of the polyesters. The method of production of the polyester using the etherification of the reactants selected from dibasic acid or the source of the dibasic acid, and the diol or the source of the diol include: (a) provision of one or several etherification tubular reactors having the first inlet and the first outlet, (b) introduction of the reactants into the etherification tubular reactor in the conditions of the etherification reaction near to the first inlet and formation of the two-phase flow, so that the reactants form the liquid phase and the vapor phase through the etherification tubular reactor. At that the etherification tubular reactor is made with the capability of operation at least in one of the operational modes chosen from the group consisting of the bubble flow, the plug flow, the laminar flow, the stratified flow, the slow flow, the dispersive flow and the foamy flow. At that at least a part of the reactants forms the eater monomer. The method of production of the polyester using the etherification of the reactants chosen from the dibasic acid or the source of the dibasic acid and the diol or the source of the diol includes: (a) provision one or several etherification tubular reactors, having the first inlet and first outlet; (b) introduction of the reactants in the conditions of the reaction of etherification in the etherification tubular reactor near to the first inlet and formation of the two-phase flow so, that the reactants form the liquid phase and the vapor phase through the etherification tubular reactor. At that the etherification tubular reactor is made with the capability to operate at least in one of the modes chosen from the group, consisting of the bubble flow, the plug flow, the laminar flow, the stratified flow, the slow flow, the dispersive flow and the foamy flow. At that at least a part of the reactants forms the polyester monomer; (c) the interaction of the monomer in polycondensation in the polycondensation tubular reactor. Thus at least a part of the polyester monomer forms oligomer; and (d) interaction of the oligomer in the conditions of the reaction of the polycondensation in the polycondensation tubular reactor.
