FIELD: impulse digital equipment engineering, possible use for realization of full clock synchronization function of input digital signal being synchronized (generation of synchronized signal and its clock synchronization signal) with programmable time threshold of obstructing synchronization filtration of input digital signal as interference with duration of zero or one phase of interference, not exceeding programmable threshold duration, counted by means of input continuous series of clock impulses; possible use for building synchronous devices (synchronous machines with memory) for interference-resistant input of asynchronous commands or data and information exchange (data and commands), for example, between two synchronous devices, each one of which has its own clock frequency for synchronization. ^ SUBSTANCE: device provides for increase of interference resistance due to realization by means of input clock impulses of full clock synchronization function of digital signal being synchronized (generation on first and second outputs of device of synchronized signal and its clock synchronization signal, respectively) with programmable time threshold of obstructing synchronization filtration of input digital signal as interference with duration of zero or one phase of interference not exceeding programmable threshold duration. ^ EFFECT: increased resistance to interference and complex expansion of functional capabilities of device. ^ 1 dwg
