FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for pre-project research at construction of power engineering objects and electric current transmission lines. Measurements are carried out directed in ground on sample which is electrically isolated from adjacent mass of ground with extracting sample out of well. Measurement voltage is applied to sample at its edges while keeping the condition that length of sample equals or is longer than its five fold size.
