Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: welding production, manufacture of welded structure of aluminum alloys and steel or titanium with use of bimetallic adapters. ^ SUBSTANCE: stepped V-shaped or X-shaped dressing is made on welded edges at removing layer of aluminum alloy by value consisting 0.2 - 0.9 of thickness of steel or titanium layer. Then separate welding of similar layers of bimetal is realized at using additive material. At first steel or titanium alloy is welded, then dressing between welded edge of aluminum layer is filled at least during two passes at using additive materials. First pass is performed with use of technically pure aluminum for making intermediate layer with height consisting of 0.1 - 0.5 of aluminum layer thickness for preventing magnesium diffusion to interface of joined layers of aluminum alloy and steel or titanium at further filling dressing with aluminum-magnesium wire. ^ EFFECT: improved fatigue strength of butt joints with enhanced water- and gas impermeability. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
