Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for surgical treatment of breaks, including fragmentation breaks, and false joints of proximal section of humerus. Device has proximal and distal block screws, rod having proximal and distal parts; distal part is made with through openings for distal block screws. Device is provided with removable guide for distal block screws, bio-degrading element, spring and plug-screw and de-rotation cut tooth washer placed in edges of proximal part of the rod. Rod is made hollow. Proximal part of rod is made with cone-shaped widening at the edge and with cone-shaped windows made along the whole perimeter. Bio-degradable element is disposed in cavity of proximal part of rod. One end of element is fixed in narrowed end of cone-shaped widening and the end is fixed by plug-screw with de-rotation cut tooth washer and with spring disposed in space between plug-screw and bio-degradable element. Proximal block screws pas through cone-shaped windows and through bio-degradable element. Break of block screws in head of humerus is prevented as well as ability of dynamic compression. Growth of intra-bone vessels and osteosynthesis dynamics is provided as long as break is consolidated. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. ^ 9 dwg |
