Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes Serratia marcenscens culturing on nutrition medium; obtaining of pigment-containing biomass; separation of cultural liquid biomass. Then cultural liquid is separated from biomass and biomass in concentrated. Concentrated biomass is treated with ionic detergent, extracted with polar solvent and pigment preparation (prodigiosine) is isolated and concentrated. Cultural liquid separation from biomass, concentration thereof, and prodigiosine isolation are carried out in single filtrating module with tubular ceramic elements. Method of present invention makes it possible to accelerate process by 20-25 % and to increase of prodigiosine yield by 10-15 %. ^ EFFECT: accelerated method for bacterial pigment preparation with increased yield. ^ 1 dwg
