At least one layer prepared from polycarbonate shows LOI index less 29 and at least one layer prepared from a mixture containing polycarbonate and 10% of antipyrene, not above, shows LOI index exceeding 29. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing the refractory thermoplastic moldable composite and refractory molded article made of polycarbonate.
