APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING OF FEED TO POULTRY, IN PARTICULAR, TO POULTRY TO BE FATTENED, PREFERABLY TO BROILERS

FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feed supplying tube, which is held above poultry house floor so as to be raised and lowered. Feed supplying tube is equipped with number of discharge apertures, to each of which corresponds bowl-shaped device hung to said tube. Bowl-shaped device has dispensing tube branched from discharge aperture and feed bowl located under dispensing tube and provided with bowl bell, which is defined by diverging radial grid rods. Dispensing tube consists of inner cylinder branched from discharge aperture and outer cylinder embracing inner cylinder. Bowl is hung by means of grid rods of outer cylinder bowl bell so that said bowl is lowered when feed supplying tube is lowered. Outer cylinder is located on inner cylinder for rotation, raising and lowering. Lowering and raising of outer cylinder are restricted by means of at least one stroke restricting device. Outer and inner cylinders are defined by cylinder parts adhering to and axially aligned with respect to one another. End edges of cylinder parts facing one another are connected to each other through connecting webs overlapping gap region which corresponds to space between cylinder parts. Such construction allows feed level in feeders to be adjusted in accordance with chicken height. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in uniform dispensing of feed and simplified washing of feeding bowls with water. ^ 19 cl, 10 dwg
