Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: instrument engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: detector has casing, heat insulator, heat absorber having temperature sensitive element and communication line of temperature sensitive element provided with electronic circuit. Detector is made of at least two splitting units, one of which units ha heat absorber, electronic circuit and communication line. Unit, having heat absorber, is made in form of prod with heat absorber at the end. Channel is made in at least one of the rest units. Unit of heat absorber is introduced into the channel. Channel starts from surface of tube in the middle part of heat absorber and it ends at surface of casing. Electronic circuit is disposed in heat absorber or in heat insulator either at he border between those members. Length of heat insulator along the tube exceeds length of heat absorber at the same direction by 3 and more internal diameters of tube. Piezoelectric quart resonator is used as temperature-sensitive element. Electronic circuit has generator to which generator the resonator is connected. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. ^ 4 dwg |
