Method is carried out by treatment of raw the disinfection solution agent followed by washing out and cooling. As a disinfecting agent method involves using a neutral anolyte synthesized from 0.2-0.4% sodium chloride solution subjected for effect of direct current with intensity providing values pH 7-8, concentration of oxidants 0.02-0.06% and the redox potential value +1000 ± 50 mV wherein treatment is carried out at 15-25°C for 25-30 min. Invention provides disinfection of both external cutaneous sheath and internal cavities of poultry carcass (abdominal, thoracic). ^ EFFECT: improved method of treatment. ^ 9 ex |
