METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING THE CASES OF POSTTRAUMATIC GONARTHROSIS

FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out femoral condyle osteotomy, moving it, fixing fragments and correcting the extremity by applying the suggested device, rests and one more rest manufactured as 3/4 of ring connected with threaded rods. Two units for moving wires are mounted on one of ring-shaped rests by means of which fractured bone fragment moves. Two pairs of parallel wires are mounted on the middle rest with crossing to fix the bone fragments. The device has wires, 4 ring-shaped rests movably connected with threaded rods. The rests have uniformly distributed holes. Two of them are outermost with one of which having displacement unit having distraction rod holding a wire. One of the outmost ring-shaped rests has an additional rest manufactured as 3/4 of ring. Two displacement units manufactured as two interconnected cantilevers are fixed on the second of the outermost rest. One of the displacement units has movably fixed distraction rod. At least two wires are fixed with crossing on each of tree ring-shaped rests and on the rest manufactured as 3/4 of ring. The intermediate rests are connected to each other by means of at least three single-axle hinges. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. ^ 3 cl, 8 dwg
