The air-distribution channels are provided with water drainage groove (shoulder). Air-intake pipes have regulation valves arranged at inlets thereof. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability due to prevention of enclosing building walls damage with condensate generated as a result of heat- and mass-exchange, improved hygienic conditions inside the building. ^ 2 dwg
