SET-FOR EXTERNAL ANTICORROSIVE ISOLATION OF PIPES

FIELD: pipeline transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is used for application of external anticorrosive bituminous insulation to pipes. Proposed set contains pipe rotating device, bath with coating material, reel with roll reinforcing material, metering-and-rubbing device consisting of movable adjustable lip and adjustable gate. Adjustable lip is provided with rounded off nose, and end of adjustable gate is arranged behind bend of nose. Rubbing apron enclosing pipe to be insulated is secured on bath in direction of pipe rotation over 1/4-1/3 of length of its circumference. Insulating unit is installed on frame for reciprocating and adjusting in height, and reel with roll reinforcing material is installed after metering-and-rubbing device and its width is equal to width of metering-and-rubbing device. Reel with roll reinforcing material is provided with adjustable brake installed on post of frame reel side, and frame is provided with inspection stage for operator. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of coating. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
