Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: industry of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a spackling compound comprising carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt, domestic soap, water and mixture of slime after neutralization of polishing mixture in glass manufacture and carbonate slime after chemical water treatment in central heating and power plant as a filling agent taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: slime after neutralization of polishing mixture in glass manufacture, 30-40; carbonate slime after chemical water treatment in central heating and power plant, 48; carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt, 0.6-0.75; domestic soap, 0.4-0.6, and water, 19.4-24.25. Invention can be used in leveling concrete, plastered surfaces designated for staining by gluing, silicate and water-dispersion dyes. Invention provides enhancing crack resistance, decreasing drying time and improving adhesion properties. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of spackling compound. ^ 2 tbl
