Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved rotors for closed periodical action mixers provided with two four-blade non-interacting rotors rotating in opposite directions. Proposed rotor contains two long blades with different angles of helix and angles of entry. Rotor has also two short blades with different angles of helix and angle of entry. In process of mixing said rotors provide improved dissipation and distribution putting out greater amount of products-mixed materials and improved homogeneity of mixing at lower temperatures. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of mixing and increased yield of products. ^ 34 cl, 5 dwg |
