Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: food industry, namely, technology for dielectric processing of food products in blocks. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes positioning frozen products block between plated electrodes of rectangular shape or in form of rings. Plated electrodes are a set of separate electrodes, as power sources for which separate generators are autonomously utilized. Power of aforementioned generators is adjusted so, that power of radiation from its electrode increases from periphery towards their center when affecting product blocks. Product blocks are positioned between electrodes in tub, having rectangular or circular shape in accordance to configuration of electrodes and filled with water at temperature around 17-20°C. ^ EFFECT: possible exclusion of product overheating zones due to its even heating. ^ 2 dwg
