In the event where composition is additionally freed from the rest of alkali-insoluble peat, composition contains 0.1-99.915% alkali, 0.1-99.9% extractable peat substance s, and water. ^ EFFECT: enhanced oil displacement efficiency due to surfactant properties of oil-displacing composition as well as to creation in oil formation intervals of reliable waterproof shot-off system. ^ 3 tbl
