DEVICE FOR KILLING OSCILLATIONS OF LOAD SUSPENDED ON WIRE ROPE OF CRANE

FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to decrease swinging of load suspended on crane wire rope. Proposed device for killing oscillation of load suspended from crane wire rope has housing inside which horizontal frame is installed on bearing symmetrically fitted relative to central vertical axis of device for turning relative to central cross horizontal axis of device. Reduction gear of precision motor and brake are installed on shaft common with horizontal frame. Vertical frame is connected from inside with horizontal frame for turning relative to central cross horizontal axis of device. Other reduction gear and brake are installed coaxially on shaft common with vertical frame having common axis with vertical frame coinciding with central longitudinal axis of device. Vertical frame is coupled with induction motor which has common vertical axis with vertical frame. Oscillation period pickup is rigidly secured inside housing, and suspension is secured in upper part of housing from outside, and load hook, in lower part. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of killing of oscillations, enlarged design peculiarities. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
