The circuit comprises controller (17) of the velocity of movable traverse, controlled electric drive (18) with motor (19), testing setup (20) with specimen (11), dynamometer (12), meter of displacement of traverse (13), and unit (14) for determining rigidity of the device-specimen system. The inputs of unit (14) are connected with the dynamometer (12) and meter of displacement of traverse (13).
