Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: molecular biology and virology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production of immunogenic preparation of Venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis (VEE) virus by using proteasome system. Claimed method includes providing recombinant peptides ODC-E2-L, ODC-E2-M, and ODC-E2-N by isolation thereof from culture E.coli BL-21 (DE3). Further hydrolysis of recombinant peptides is carried out on substrate of activated 26S proteasomes.
