GROUNDING CONNECTION FOR MOBILE POWER INSTALLATIONS

FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device that has base 1 with vertical electrodes 2 is provided in addition with ground stake 3 incorporating inner passage 4 which is bent over helical line that bears following components: turning grip 7 and liquid bowl with hand-operated piston pump 9 in top part and liquid sprayer 11, in its bottom part. For driving ground stake 3 into earth it is installed into guide pipe 5 having internal thread 6 and rotated by means of grip 7. As it is driven into earth, electricity conducting liquid is delivered to sprayer 11 by means of pump 9 through inner passage 4. Such procedure facilitates driving of ground stake 3 into earth and reduces electrical resistance of grounding connection. ^ EFFECT: enhanced in-service electric safety of mobile power installation. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg
