Zusammenfassung:FIELD: jeweler's art; non-ferrous metallurgy; functional electro-deposition. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is based upon measurement of analytical signal for which signal the potential of sample to be inspected is used. Potential is measured after electrostatic anode polarization during pauses alternating with cathode current pulses. Number of values of potential is calculated in any range. Sum of values of potential which corresponds to any component of alloy is determined. Mass portions of component are calculated from received values of sums. Device for local express-analysis of metal alloys has measurement unit provided with analog-to-digital conversion unit and electrochemical detector filled with electrolyte. Detector has nozzle and has two electrodes. One electrode has to be working electrode (sample to be controlled) and the other electrode has to be ancillary one. Comparison electrode is built in electrochemical detector. Measurement unit has microcontroller to which microcontroller the analog-to-digital conversion unit is connected, sound alarm unit, indication unit, data memory unit, serial interface unit provided with top level computer and analog-to-digital conversion unit. Quantitative and qualitative composition of alloy can be determined without usage of prior information on tested sample during procedure of analysis and without making preliminary measurements for reference samples. ^ EFFECT: complete automation of data processing, storage and transmission. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
