DEVICE FOR WATER TRANSFER BETWEEN BEDS AND WELL FLOW TRANSDUCER FOR ABOVE DEVICE

FIELD: oil production, particularly systems to maintain formation pressure during oil deposit development. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises flow string with downhole pumping plant made as multistage centrifugal pump with submersible electrical motor, power cable, land-based power supply and control unit, packer to separate water receiving and water releasing formations of well unit to reduce mechanical impurities content. Device also has well flow transducer, which comprises composite through body with two channels, flow rotation means and flow straightening means with hill-shaped annular groove adapted for ball receiving formed in-between. The well flow transducer also has control unit, which controls annular ball movement along annular toroidal groove. Well flow transducer body is composed of at least two parts. Outer body part comprises seat for detachably central part receiving. Locking means, which retains body parts in mutually connected state is arranged in outer body part. Flow rotation and straightening means are secured to the central part. Annular groove is made in outer part directly over the seat. ^ EFFECT: improved use properties due control of water volume to be transferred and mechanical injury content in water, possibility to use flow meter included in water transfer device inside well. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
