Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulation and sealing works. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulation and sealing works, in particular, to compositions of the cold bitumen-polymeric protective coatings, in particular, to the bituminous- butyl rubber protective coatings and may be used for the hydraulic insulation and sealing of the metallic and concrete surfaces. The mastic contains bitumen, the mixture of petropolymeric resin and-or petropolymeric boiled oil and halogenated butyl rubber, red ochre, stearic acid, zinc oxide, commercial carbon and dissolvent. The technical result of the invention is creation of the composition possessing the high humidity resistance at saving of the mechanical strength: adhesion to the metallic surfaces, the bending and impact strength. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the created composition possesses high humidity resistance at saving of the mechanical strength, high adhesion to the metallic surfaces, the bending and impact strength. ^ 2 tbl
