FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring parameters of signals of continuously-controlled automatic cab signaling and common continuously-controlled automatic cab signaling. Device has channel for separation of envelope of ac pulses, time interval duration selector, pulse shaper, reset device, two counters, decoder, three multiplexers, second counter control device, standard frequency generator, code converter unit, indicator device, signal preliminary processing channel, control unit, three permanent memories, summer, switch, register and correlator. Channel for separation of envelope of ac pulses consists of analog-digital converter, digital band-pass filter, module calculation unit digital low-frequency filter, second multiplexer, threshold calculation unit and digital threshold device. Channel for preliminary processing of signals includes intake device, attenuator, low-frequency filter, third multiplexer, control unit, analog-digital converter and automating amplification control unit. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements, enlarged functional capabilities of device owing to provision of decoding of coded signals of continuously-controlled automatic cab signaling and decoding and indication of coded signals of common continuously-controlled automatic cab signaling and indication of characteristics of motion. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
