Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: test engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: pulses of ultrasonic oscillations are introduced into coating by means of piezoelectric converter of ultrasonic flaw-detecting device. Multiple reflected pulses are received and conversed into echo-signals. Rules of amplitude changes in of echo-signals are determined relating to thickness of coating achieved onto sample having different thickness of coating. Dependence of time of registration is found for sample to be controlled on and relations of amplitude of first signal and of highest amplitude (control signal) signal among subsequent echo-signals depending on thickness of coating. Disturbances in continuity are revealed from spasmodic reduction in time of registration of first echo-signal. Disturbance in connection of coating and metal is found from reduction of amplitude relation. Disturbances in continuity of metal is determined from spasmodic reduction in time of registration of control echo-signal when the value is smaller than values determined by means of received dependence and when taking thickness of coating into account. ^ EFFECT: improved truth of results; improved efficiency. ^ 4 dwg |
