Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanical engineering; gear-type pumps of external engagement. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed gear-type pump has housing made from self-lubricating material and provided with passage for delivery of product being handled, passage for discharge of product and hole for drive shaft, upper cover with gear mechanism, housing of gear-type mechanism with drive and driven gears of external engagement and drive shaft of pump with sealing washer. Pump housing is made from self-lubricating composite material with polyamide matrix including (mass-%) plastic lubricant on base of aviation oil of sulfuric acid purification No. 158, from 12 to 16; graphite C-1, from 6 to 10; lecithin, from 1 to 2, the remainder being polyhexamethylene sebaciamide. Distance between outlet hole of passage supplying the medium to be handled and inlet hole of passage discharging the medium ranges from 0.6 to 0.7 of outer diameter of drive gear. Diameter of supply and discharge passages ranges from 0.18 to 0.2 of outer diameter of drive gear. Distance between said passages in pump housing ranges from 2.5 to 2.0 diameters of passages. ^ EFFECT: reduced rate of wear of drive shaft; increased service life of pump and extended capabilities of pump. ^ 2 dwg
