Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: apparatuses for cutting waste products of fibrous materials, namely disintegrating waste products of cloths, film polyethylene, fiber reinforced elastic polymers and so on. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes receiving hopper for charging material, frame supporting plate provided with port in means part, cutting organ in the form of cutter drum and cutters. The cutters of cutter drum are in the form of square and they have toothed peripheral profile. Central cutters are combined in pair and one of them is turned relative to other by angle 90°. Apparatus includes unit for adjusting working gap between square-shaped cutters and cutters. Feeding unit is in the form of conveyer with elastic toothed belt. Cutter drum is provided with flywheel. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational characteristics and reliability, improved efficiency of apparatus. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
