ACOUSTIC MODE OF DRYING MATERIALS

FIELD: the invention refers to technological processes of drying various materials with using acoustic(ultrasonic) vibrations. ^ SUBSTANCE: the acoustic mode of drying materials is in location of the material for drying in a closed volume whose dimension exceeds the volume of the drying material, in location in that volume of a gas-stream converter, in feeding through it compressed air into the volume, in transformation of the gas flow energy into energy of elastic vibrations, in propagation of acoustic vibrations to the surface of the drying material till the moment of withdrawing of the given quantity of moisture. At that the feeding of compressed air into the closed volume is carried through an additional technological volume, in turn pressurization and depressurization of the connection of the closed and of the additional volumes, and duration of t2 pauses is chosen with calculation of conditions of damping vibrations in the closed volume and necessity of accumulation of compressed gas in the additional volume in quantities sufficient for securing the work of the converter during duration t1 of influence of acoustic vibrations. ^ EFFECT: the invention may provide increase in productivity. ^ 1 dwg
