Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves making extraction with dimethyl sulfoxide mixed with water in 3:1 proportion in retort having backflow condenser on water bath during 1 h. The produced extract is filtered. The filtrate is chromatographically studied first in 5 cm high and 0.7 cm diameter columns with alumina and then in thin sorbent layer solvent system containing condensed ammonium and alcohol taken in 1:4 proportion. The eluate is subjected to spectrophotometric analysis at 278±2 nm. Oxymethyl uracyl quantity is determined from formula C=D x b/(E1% cvxa), where C is the substance concentration in %, D is the optical density, b is the dilution rate, E1% cv is the specific absorption index, a is the exact weighing in g. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of blood oxymethyl uracyl control in treatment course.
