METHOD OF DOPPLER ULTRASONIC IMAGING OF ADAMKEVITCH'S ARTERY

FIELD: medicine; ultrasonic diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for ultrasonic inspection of blood supply disturbance in spinal column. To search and imagine of Adamkevitch's artery, scanning is performed from back intralaminar horizontal access sequentially from the right and from the left of articular process at levels from Th0-Th10 to L1-L2 at the mode of energy Doppler-gram followed by registration and inspection of Doppler spectrum. For cardiologic testing, the phased electronic detector is used with Doppler frequency of 1,6-2,0 MHz. Blood supply disturbance can be estimated on the base of revealed disturbances in Doppler spectrum due to combination of proper choice of efficient detector as well as its position and mode of ultrasonic testing. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency. ^ 3 dwg, 2 ex
