Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; methods of chemical-thermal treatment of metals and alloys. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the method of the chemical-thermal treatment of metals and alloys and may be used for protection of components of the gas-turbine engines against the gas corrosion. The method includes the process of chrome-calorizing in a powder mixture with the subsequent thermal-vacuum treatment. After the thermal-vacuum treatment the electronically-beam spraying of a layer of ZrO2-8Y2O3-beta+gamma' ceramics on the entrance edges of the blades is exercised. Then conduct an annealing for the final forming of the coating with a transfer from the structure ZrO2-8Y2O3- beta+gamma'-phase on the entrance edges of the blades to the structure beta+gamma'-phase on the rest areas of the blades surface with the concentration of aluminum (16-18) %. The technical result of the invention is development of the method of deposition of the coating allowing to raise the operating temperatures of the gas turbines and to increase their service life. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the offered method of deposition of the coating allows to raise the operating temperatures of the gas turbines and to increase their service life. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
