DEVICE FOR SATURATION OF SUGAR-CONTAINING SOLUTION

FIELD: food processing and sugar industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises vertical cylindrical carcass fitted by technological nipples. Dispersers of saturation gas are placed in the carcass and cyclone placed above them for separation of gas from solution. Cylindrical mixer is fitted on the outside of carcass connected to cyclone by a pipeline and including liquid-gaseous injector for preliminary saturation of the solution. Mixer is fitted by a liquid-liquid injector for mixing a sugar-containing solution with milk lime and for its defecation before preliminary saturation directly. Its chamber mixing is placed in receiving chamber of liquid-gaseous injector and has outlet site as a converging tube wherein conical separator is fitted that forms with the latter a nipple for feeding defecated solution into receiving chamber of gaseous-liquid injector. Invention provides enhancing filtering properties of calcium carbonate precipitate, reducing color index of sugar-containing solutions, declining foaming and elevating coefficient of carbon dioxide utilization from saturation gas. ^ EFFECT: improved properties of device. ^ 1 dwg
