Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use as gearbox combined with final drive on automobiles and buses. Proposed gearbox includes drive shaft, countershaft and main shaft and flexible wheels with wave generators installed on each shaft. Final drive cylindrical driving gear is installed on main shaft. Gearbox is made in one housing with final drive. Flexible wheels of shafts engage with one another. Flexible wheels can change their shape by means of hydraulic drive and gear and screw drives of wave generators. Wave generator of drive shaft is driven through hydraulic motor and worm gearing. Worm wheel is made en-bloc with drive gear cluster of drive shaft wave generator. Wave generators of all three flexible wheels are intercoupled by means of gears included into gear cluster of each wave generator. Bevel gearing is set into operation from clutch shaft through propeller shaft drive and is installed on drive shaft to change direction of its rotation by changing engagement of bevel gears of drive shaft through clutch with drive from hydraulic cylinder. Oil to hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder is supplied through distributor from pump coupled with clutch shaft. Operation of additional mechanisms is provided. Members of hydraulic system are coupled with pipelines with valves. ^ EFFECT: provision of stepless change of gear ratio in drive, use of two engagements to increase gear ratio of drive as a whole and possibility of use of external flexible wheels. ^ 4 dwg |
