Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: ultrasound technology for use with non-destructive flaw control solutions. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for ultrasound non-destructive testing includes forming a probing pulse, transforming this pulse to acoustic oscillations pulse at ultrasound frequency, which pulse is then utilized to probe researched object, echo-signals from flaws of researched object are received, time-based sensitivity characteristic is generated with consideration of weakening echo-signals in zone of operation. In addition, time zone is selected beyond the working zone (control zone) scope, sensitivity of amplifier in aforementioned zone is increased up to level at which it is possible to register signals of structural reverberations (structural noises) or diffusive reflections signals from boundaries of object, aforementioned signals are received, amplified and marked. Amplitudes of these signals are compared to previously set thresholds and in case if amplitudes exceed aforementioned signals of threshold level, signal is sent to generator of amplitude characteristic about match of control sensitivity mode with normal characteristic of acoustic contact status control during sound scanning of controlled objects. ^ EFFECT: possible control over state of acoustic contact during sound scanning of control subjects. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
