Material of invention is based on thermoelastic plastic and includes polymeric thermoplastic modifier and functional additive, namely product obtained by heat processing of metal-containing compounds with layered, framework, open-chain structure or crystal hydrates at 350 to 1300°C. ^ EFFECT: enabled preparation of abrasion-resistant material providing reliable operation under abrasive media and vibration conditions at temperatures at least -40°C. ^ 2 tbl
