Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has optical member and supporting plate attached to it from porous poly tetrafluoroethylene having structure composed of polymer elements and empty space elements with elements joined into three-dimensional network possessing empty space element volume share of 15-40%, specific space element surface of 0.25-0.55 mcm2/mcm3, mean distance between empty spaces in a volume of 25-50 mcm and mean spatial chord of 8-25 mcm. The supporting plate is manufactured as convexo-concave lens having curvature radius of 7-10 mm.
