Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out an epimetaphyseal tunnelization of articular ends in frontal plane from two sides at the level of trabecular bone into tubular bone transition by orienting the canals fan-shapely as a cone towards condyles, the number being about 5 not less from each side up to subchondral layer. Then one should carry out a through tunnelization in cross-sectional plane both frontally and perpendicularly against longitudinal osseous axis at developing not less than 10 parallel tunnels being equidistant in projection of tibial medullary cavity. Moreover, it is necessary to measure daily intraosseous pressure for about 5 d, not less.
