Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should dissect anterior abdominal wall, dissect cicatrix, excesses of skin and fatty fiber, dissect hernial sac either partially or completely, separate cross-sectional fascia for about 1.5-2 cm against the edges of hernial porta, apply polypropylene netting into the pouch developed between separated cross-sectional fascia and aponeurosis for the whole depth of isolated cross-sectional fascia along the whole perimeter of hernial porta, fix the netting with single interrupted sutures towards cross-sectional fascia, fix the netting to the edges of hernial porta with uninterrupted suture without any strain. Thus, the innovation enables to strengthen anterior abdominal wall and prevent accumulation of serous liquid. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. ^ 2 dwg, 3 ex
