Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; ultrasonic diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method can be used for ultrasonic diagnosing of diffuse damages of parenchymatous organs. Method is based upon amplitude histography and on estimation of quantitative parameters received. Before making tests, to calibrate ultrasonic image at digital scanners the preliminary calibration curve is built followed by estimation of average amplitude of reflection of screen background brightness at focus depth for step-by-step increase in radiated signal power. Initial amplitude of glowing of screen at minimal value of power is determined for the device and calibration meaning of average amplitude of reflection of blood in chosen of big vessel is taken in the area of interest which is equal to doubled value of average amplitude of reflection of screen background brightness. ^ EFFECT: optimized method of calibration of ultrasonic devices. ^ 1 dwg
