Zusammenfassung:FIELD: electrical and radio communications engineering, possible use for engineering of wire-based, radio-based, radio-relay and meteor communication lines. ^ SUBSTANCE: system for start-stop communication at transmitting side additionally includes: multiplexer 3, NOT circuit 4, first 5 and second 12 3-AND circuits, Temperature-trigger 6, clock pulse generator 9, binary counter 10, frequency splitter 11; at receiving side: frequency detector 16, second synchronized filter 18, first circuit AND 21, first circuit OR-NOT 22, RS-trigger 1, first 25 and second 26 circuits OR and k parallel processing blocks (24-1)-(24-k). ^ EFFECT: excluded additional energy costs for transmission of synchronization signal, because in communication signal a joint transmission of synchronization signal and message is implemented. ^ 3 dwg
